Cornwall & Seaway Valley Tourism extends a warm invitation to you to consider Cornwall, Ontario, for your next meeting or convention. This presentation is designed to introduce you to the variety of facilities, accommodations and services the City of Cornwall has to offer.

The following services are offered by Cornwall & Seaway Valley Tourism:

Bid Preparation
If you are bidding on a national or regional conference/event, we will assist you in preparing your bid presentation. Our experienced staff has helped dozens of groups in this manner.

Event Planning
Draw upon our experience as you draft your event plans. We can help develop registration strategies, event schedules, and spousal recreational activities.

Site Inspection Tours
At your request, we will organize site inspection tours of the area and its facilities. These tours can include a private and confidential tour of meeting facilities, hotels and restaurants to assist event co-ordinators in their due-diligence efforts.

Conference/Convention Delegate Kits
Information packages on Cornwall and the Seaway Valley will be supplied upon request as well as a letter of invitation to prospective delegates. We will also outline upcoming events and attractions which can be included in advance mailings to increase attendance.

Media Co-ordination
We will assist in arranging media coverage prior to and during your event.

Bus Charters/Tours
We will provide information on bus charters as well as suggestions for local tours to enhance your convention.
