Cornwall & Seaway Valley Tourism is your one-stop service centre to help you plan your convention in Cornwall. We offer a number of facilitation services, including:

Site Inspection Tours
In conjunction with local meeting facilities, hotels and restaurants, the office will assist in providing complimentary accommodation and meals to the President and/or decision makers, during site inspection tours of Cornwall and its facilities.

Pre-Registration
Information packages on Cornwall and the Seaway Valley will be supplied upon request as well as a letter of invitation to prospective delegates. The Tourism office will also outline upcoming events and attractions which can be included in advance mailings to increase attendance.

Media Promotion
The office will assist in arranging for media coverage prior to and during your event.

Buses and Tours
Information on bus charters as well as suggestions for local tours to enhance your convention are available upon request.

Delegate Information Kits
We will be pleased to provide general information kits on Cornwall and the area for delegates.

Support for Sport Tournaments & Meetings/Conventions

The sport tournament, meeting and convention market is very important to our communities. As part of the Destination Marketing Partnership, some of our accommodation properties have developed a program to support teams and organizations who currently host events in our community, or who are contemplating hosting an event in the future. This support will be valuable to organizers and will ultimately assist in enhancing our current events and entice local groups and organizations to consider bringing regional, provincial and even national events into our community.

A vibrant tourism industry will benefit many sectors of our business community, as visitors will frequent our restaurants, gas stations, retail outlets and attractions.
