Lift Off Looking For Volunteers

Every year Kinsmen Cornwall Lift-Off relies on the efforts of hundreds of volunteers. We are always looking for responsible people to assist in the different aspects of the festival. With 25 balloons, the exceptional concerts and the new Kidz Zone this year, the need for volunteers is greater than any other year.

Director of Volunteers, Kim Joncas promises “If you can spare the time, we certainly guarantee that we will be able to find a fun and rewarding volunteer position for you. Lift-Off is a great event for our community and would simply not be possible without the efforts of our volunteers.”

If you are a student looking for volunteer hours, or just looking for a new experience, Lift-Off is just the event to assist with. If you enjoy the outdoors, don’t mind a little physical activity, have a passport and can drive a truck and trailer, you would be a great volunteer for the Balloon Crew. Not your cup of tea … what about working in the Kidz Zone? If you are over 16 years of age and like kids, then that would be the perfect place for you.
