Theresa Taylor Auction

Theresa Taylor has a wonderful Tag Sale this weekend for Charlotte and Orval Tessier. Yes, that is the retired coach for the Colorada NHL team. Now the hockey memorabilia will be in the collectible auction in August but the contents of their home will be June 12 at 8:00 am - 2:00 pm at 411 McDonell Cres., Cornwall, Ontario. They have sold their home and are moving into a condo so it is a major downsize.

You will find Antique furnishings, the mahogany side tables and cellaret is from the Horovitz estate, there is also a games table, parlour tables with harp bases, tea wagon, parlour and occasional chairs. The Gibbard dining set is being offered, as well as several bedroom sets, glass top kitchen set, Lazy-Boy chairs and love seat. Applicances we have the washer and dryer like new, refrigerator and an apt. size freezer. There is even a bar.

Mr. Tessier was quite a sportsman, and supported Ducks Unlimited so there are many limited edition prints, his fly fishing rods and other fishing tackle. There are small hand tools, hardware and a couple of gas lawn mowers.
